>(e.g Kingdra protects, Bronzrong will usually go first since it's the slowest thing on the field, use trick room and now Kingdra is back to being the fastest) it's just a speed control option that is pretty interchangable. If Politoed dies Kingdra can still go before things like Tapu Koko or so can Mega Gardevoir.
Also posting team next because I'm finally not at work anymore. Like I said, I'm still testing the team but I've had pretty fun with it so far. I previously had Omastar which was cool since it's one of my favorites but rock typing was just ass and it was too slow even in the rain. Gonna be messing around with Raichu's EV Spread. I remember making a bulkier one that still out sped 105s I think.
