I have used him on my ORAS teams he is awsome. He is not usless, he needs a pre-evolution and an evolution of the same typing.

I feel like Magnet Pull Magnezone was invented to cuck this thing, and it remained OU despite it. Skarmory can withstand anything.

It's useless in OU right now. Celesteela is better in nearly every way, and it can't keep up with the rest of the power creep with its playstyle being essentially a sitting duck.
