The terrible level curve and barely any good level up spots turns me off finishing this game. Just got to kanto and beat surge. Now currently working on my postgame team

I think HGSS are great games, but I move to another game after I beat Lance. Nothing happens in Kanto, it's pretty much just a pointless, storyless open world, and the shitty trainer levels don't really provide any encouragement to continue because you'll have to grind anyway. Completing it one or two times felt like enough

I still wonder how much better HGSS would be if a new version of Sevii islands were include...
Who know maybe there would be a side story with Agatha/Lorelei and new location to evolve pokemon like Magneton/Eevee

BW1 and BW2 were both good games, with BW2 being a bit better. And luckily enough, BW1 and BW2 are different enough that playing through them doesn't really feel like you're playing through the same game, unlike with every other gen and its advanced version. Us gen fivers have 2 (TWO) complete good games to play in our generation while all you other cucks have one. Cope.
