None of the spider pokemon fit her very well. Espionage is dark-type adjacent, and Illusion fits with infiltration and disguises. Color scheme matches.

Archer theme, similar name

Electric powers with gorgeous, flowing hair. Godlike electric type legendaries like Thundrus and Raikou are reasonable choices as well.

Steel-type, humanoid, and red. Probably the weakest entry on the list, but I don't think there are any pokemon which scream "Iron Man".

Hrm...Gallade works better for Prototype Saber, so we'd probably have to go with Leavanny. Non-shiny.

Any of Fearow, Absol, or Naganadel for Lancer.

Decidueye for Archer, no fucking shit.

Rapidash/Zebstrika for Rider.

Delphox for Caster.

Greninja for Assassin.

Tyranitar, Exploud, Garchomp, Porygon-Z, or Hydreigon for Berserker.

Bastiodon for Shielder.

Banette for Avenger.

Ruler is...touchy. I won't pick anything here.

Clefable or Beheeyem for Foreigner.

Gastrodon, Raichu, Basculin for Alter-Ego.

Deoxys is the fuckin Moon Cancer.

Beast is also not easy to pick.

Every good Gen 2 stall team has Snorlax (Hulk), one of the two legendary Electric-types (Thor), Skarmory (Iron Man) and Miltank/Dark-type/Ghost-type as a secondary Snorlax check (Black Widow). Finding something to fit Hawkeye and Captain America while still keeping the team good is Marowak, Cloyster or Forretress for Hawkeye and Suicune or Starmie for Captain America.
