Just to make it clear off the bat, I don't hate Incineroar. He's no more dumb or ridiculous than Hitmonchan. My problem is that he just comes out of nowhere in his evolutionary line. I don't particualrly like LItten or Torracat's designs, they're crazy generic and some retarded edgy black fire cat would have been way shittier than Incineroar, so couldn't they have given him some early evolutions that actually reflected what he was going to turn into? We can't even pretend to predict what the Sw/Sh starters will end up as because of Incineroar because complete out of the blue left turn evolutions are forever on the table now.
People can bitch about Primarina being furrybait or trannybait or whatever, but it's basically what you would expect Popplio to evolve into. Just gayer than you might have wanted.
