I like how water/grass/fire are reserved for the mainline starters online with the exception being Pikachu. The other types being included from other Pokemon is a good idea too. Maybe add Ralts as a Psychic rep, I don't think it'd hurt if each gen got one more non-starter as a playable character. I'm trying to think if there is any other type that isn't being represented on that list but I'm having mind block right now. I think that list covers everything which is nice.
I'd argue that Sneasel's stats are too high for a PMD game but I'm positive that starter Pokemon (at least in EoS) have jacked growth rates. Was playing through with a Pikachu and a Snorunt. Pikachu had significantly higher stats despite having lower base stats in the main games compared to Snorunt.
I think a third rep for each gen would be nice (to match Kanto since it has 3 reps that aren't true starters)
