Delete your save file, then set fire to your computer for an hour. After you extinguish the fire, turn on the computer and run the emulator, save file will be intact and you'll have activated the gyroscope sensor glitch. From there on play as normal, your Inkay will evolve into Malamar by level up starting at level 30.
