>>38248934That would be neat. The way I imagined the game would be. and these are just ideas I'm tossing around
>Main character is a Pikachu (for simplicity's sake) >Possibly thought of every starter being a choice and Pokemon that join your party later on is based on your choice>Eevee as the tattler and first partner (Eevee is guaranteed to get but if you went with Pikachu for example, you'd get something like Chimchar later, while if you picked Cyndaquil you wouldn't get a fire type partner. I think that system would be too complicated so just a set MC would be best)>tutorial teacher is a Raichu>learn moves as you progress>battles options simplified (instead of hammer/jump you just get "attack" >select what move you want>shit like thundershock can hit anyone but won't work against ground types of course>quick attack will work but pokemon with spikes still function like they do in paper mario so you can't use physical moves on Pokemon like Rhyhorn or Ferrothorn with some special exceptions>hold down A and release at the right moment for a more powerful Slam>Tap A in rhythm to send more jolts after you connect with thundershock (imagine like a tether and more volts are sent through with every A press, damage reduces each time, basically like jumping) Idc though man. These are just ideas that will never see the light of day. But I'm glad I'm not the only one who would enjoy such a game. Just give me an Mismagius partner to act like Bow and I'd be happy.
