I always imagined Alakazam being nothing but skin and bones. Like an anorexic.
Probably just has a very thin coat of fur and leathery skin, like a Sphynx cat.

I always pictured alakazam's crotch piece and chest to be hard because it reminds me of how leg joints attach to plastic toys, and because it's chest looks like it's wearing a shell or armor or something

The top part probably feels like a mix of that banana texture and latex, bottom like silk but a bit softer.

It's an outright plant, unlike Sawsbuck there's no way it's got fur, it would feel like frozen pine needles.

Fur most likely given it's called the "Aqua Mouse", that's likely what the blue and white actually is, the black is likely what its skin looks like.
