Bottom left says... something like "attack and defense face change gear." There are two words there that I can't make any sense of - one is a kanji that's too blurry to read and the other is スカフ or スカッフ, which might mean "scuff," but I'm not sure.
Also, it's worth noting that the first character in "face" is randomly at the end of the second line even though the rest of the word is on the third. This is weird, but it would also be a weird thing for someone who doesn't know Japanese to do since their first instinct would be to keep all characters in a single world together, I'm sure.
