Scorbunny's is decent. Not good, but not bad either.
Grookey's is absolutely hideous in every way, shape, and form. I always pick the Grass starter, but if Grookey ends up looking anything like that, I'd go with a different starter.
It's hard to make a monkey look good, but there's been a few instances of it working. Both in Gamefreak's design for monkey Pokemon, and in fanart.
