>>38263544ngl but the Gen 5 instances are actually good as well, a lot of them go for an animal that's a relative of the Gen 1 Pokemon's animal (or in Magneton & Muk's case a different object), plus the results on some of them like Swanna, Musharna, Seismitoad, Gigalith & Watchog end up looking quite different from their Gen 1 counterparts. I doubt that Game Freak would ever do this again but I'd be interested to see what they could come up with if they took another crack at it someday.
