You need a fire type so that you can make fires to cook on. Blissy or Chansey to heal would be nice as well. Though it would all depend on where you are stranded/trying to live. For example a water type would be useful on an island or in the desert. Fire-type in the tundra, ect.

Salazzle is a really good one out of those you listed. Between being able to cook your food, as well as charming other Pokemon to pitch in and help out using its pheromones, it's really a great aid to any sort of survivalist.
