Glaceon is okay I guess but I think Espeon is way cuter. And Glaceon's pointy anime ice hair looks like it would cut you if you tried to pet its head. I really value cuddliness in eevees, so I'd rank them...
1. Espeon
2. Flareon (would be higher but long-furred cats and dogs tend to get lumpy when dirty, and Flareon would make a lot of smoke with its attacks so I imagine it would get lumpy and sooty too fast to be cuddly before it needs a bath)
3. Sylveon
4. Umbreon
5. Vaporeon
6. Leafeon
7. Jolteon (sorry, you're too prickly, but you're still cool)
