It would be alright, but Magnezone would still be top dog among the Magnet pullers.
The reason it's so good is in large part that it's bulky with great resists and can freely come in on other steel-types. Glass Cannon Scorbunny wouldn't be as scary.

It still resists the STABs of Scizor, Magnezone, Ferrothorn, Skarmory, and Forretress so it can still switch in on those. Glass cannon or not it can take at least 1 resisted hit on the switch and eliminate its target.
