Even for a game team that's pretty shoddy. since he's only using kanto mons and has an eevee i'm guessing he's a let's go player which means he'll be up against these guys

Mega Pidgeot, Vileplume, Marowak,Rapidash, Slowbro, Raichu
Green's team
Clefable, Gengar, Kangaskhan,Victreebel,Ninetales, Mega Blastoise
Blue's team
Taruos, Gyarados,Aerodactyle,Alakazam,Exeggutor,Mega Charizard Y
Red's team
Pikachu,Machamp,Arcanine,Lapras,Snorlax, Mega Venasaur
From what i see he'll be relying on Dragonite,Mega Mewtwo Y and the Eevee the most. Tangala,Golduck and Magmar are mediocre people, none of them would really last long against those teams unless they wer over leveled and had perfect IVs and even then their biggest attacks cannot kill any of those.
if I were op and wanted to be unique like that I'd go
Eevee, Nidoking, Dewgong,Magneton,Alola Muk and Mega Pinsir or stick with Mega Mewtwo Y
