>>38284978I disagree with the Dark-Type regional variants, Raticate and Persian look terrible, Meowth had fuck all change so it's only as good as the original, Rattata would be as good as the original if not for those weird hairs on its tail. Grimer and Muk don't really do anything interesting with their designs which is a shame because Alolan Muk could've actually been a second grace for Muk design-wise.
The non-Dark ones I think overall are better in terms of quality, Marowak doesn't change much but it does change in a good direction, Golem looks awesome with its regional variant, Raichu and Exeggutor are alright changes, and the Ice-Type Regional Variants are both pretty good although personally I like Kantonian Sandslash more than Alolan Sandslash.
