I don’t know why considering ORAS came after X/Y which sold really well despite being shit because pokemon but it’s the only theory I got for why remakes didn’t come in Gen 7.
I don’t care because I never asked for RSE to be remade but Sinnoh remakes seem inevitable. Maybe it’ll come on Switch to help makes up for sales in a time where a new Playstation and Xbox console are looking and scaring the Switch or maybe it’ll come with Nintendo’s next piece of tech.
Maybe another reason we didn’t get a remake is because GF are burned out and bored of the 3DS, which is fair.
