Mine is Sableye, who I even did an entire nuzlocke solo run of through ORAS with it as my starter and additional rules so that I needed to always have it in my party, always use it in a battle, and if it ever fainted the entire run was failed. I've loved him ever since gen 3, in fact he was actually the first pokemon I ever saw!
My brother had gotten Emerald for his birthday and I glanced over his shoulder right as he was encountering one, and it's stuck with me ever since. I got a pokemon game in the hopes of being able to find my own, and the guy has stuck with me ever since. It's always a special feeling when your favorite also manages to become your bro mon, as well as when it manages to get a Mega Evolution.
