A mixture hopefully but not to the extremity of the UBs. If you have a Pokemon with a BST of 500 I'd say a range from 45-150 of its individual stats would be fine, exceptions would be in cases where you have something like a Chansey or Shuckle where they have one ludicrous stat but are so utterly wasted by their other stats.
