Not to genwun pander, but remember that scene in the anime when we saw venusaur for (I think) the first time. Based boy come stomping out of tree with dramatic music, meeting his servants.
I hate Kanto but I cannot stand the cartoony vibe pokemon give off today. I miss them being mysterious and treated like actual monsters
