Well then this is the thread for you because I’ve got some actually acceptable sets that will at least give you something to work with. I’ll go over each Regi separately and give some advice on how to use them and what to use them for. But basically here’s the gist of it:

>Play to their strengths and don’t try to mold them into something they’re not meant to be.
>Rock Polish/WP is a meme and shouldn’t be used seriously, but it’s still an option to be considered due to their fantastic bulk. That being said their highest offensive stat is base 100 and they can be easily revenge killed so don’t expect it to do too much.
>This thread won’t be covering utility sets since anything can do rocks, this is going to be for sets that only the regis could pull off. At least, only what they can pull off well relative to other mons anyway. If you want your boring bog-standard utility go to smogdoge.com and see what the genie worshipping meme lords have to say.
>Don’t get overconfident and don’t throw them in against things they can’t handle. No, Regirock won’t beat that dude’s Keldeo or Chansey, and Regice isn’t nice when fighting a Lopunny.
