I was diagnosed with Cancer, though not been communicated the full extent of it and if it can be cured at all. What Pokémon will take my mind out of it all and give me a comfy experience? I'll take fangame recommendations as well

Sorry to hear that anon, I hope everything works out for you.

When I'm having an awful day or really need to just escape for a bit and be comfy I go with Crystal, or HGSS. I'm currently playing through a romhack called Sacred Gold / Storm Silver, and it's pretty dang good.

Maybe try a "funlocke"? I usually do this where the only rule I give myself is catching the first pokemon for each route.

Rectal cancer isn't something to shake off, and if they aren't sure what stage it is it very well might be in an advanced stage and putting OP's life in danger.
