Here's a list of Pokemon who are bottom tier, showing how long they've been at the bottom, whether they have recently entered PU/Untiered or not, and the few who have ascended.

Would you improve any of them, or is this how you think PU should look like, and they don't deserve anything because they're so shit anyway.

Farfetch'd got a huge buff in the 3DS era with the X/Y crit rework, the +25 attack in SM, and First Impression in Ultra Stupid

A lot of these mons have high-tier megas

Some of them like Politoed, Wobuffet, and Dugtrio are only bottom-tier in Smoggen because their abilities are banned in the tiers they'd be relevant in

Quagsire and Gastrodon go between OU and PU cyclically because they check Tapu Koko, and Quagsire in particular is an OU stall team staple

Smeargle is low-tier but has niches it can fill in any tier just because being able to use any move gives it that much versatility in spite of its terribad stats

I think all of them should be improved to at least UU level. What's the point in having 800+ Pokemon if only a few are viable

worst part is raticate could have been viable in RB if he had just a fucking SMIDGE of extra special. super fang + ice beam checks on rhydon/golem would have been fucking amazering. I still use him sometimes in pokemonshowdown, but it's usually a suicide spot or totally fucking useless.
