We have episode titles up to SM124 (June 2nd).

Alola League probably starts in SM125 and lasts around 6 episodes, just like the Kalos League, that which leaves around 10 episodes after the League to wrap up Lillie's story (Mohn, Magearna) and for her to figure out her goal is before she parts ways with Ash.

Actually, I believe it will be 8 episodes, and it will cover both July ad August, just like other years. June could give us another arc with Tea Rocket attacking or something. Or maybe they will leave it for AFTER the League.

I want to make it clear when I say this that I am not a waifu fag and in the past I've made fun of people who think like this but I genuinely expect Lillie to stay. Not because I want her to, or because I like her all that much but because she's more marketable than past girls.

The otaku really love her and she had real higher-end figures and premium merchandise something no past Pokemon girl has had during the shows run. Plus the entire reason USUM's ending changed is because Japanese players were mad that Lillie leaves at the end of the game. I think she's likely staying. Especially if she appears in Sword and Shield.

Thinking this league is only going to be 8 episodes... Alola League IS endgame for the series. It's going to be like Kanto, Sinnoh, and Johto in that respect, but it has more people getting involved.

July, August, September, and October. That's 4 months, minus that movie break and not factoring 1-hour specials, where they can work on a good league. This league could be 10-14 episodes unless we have a shit ton of filler. (I don't think the farewell episodes are going to take as much time as AG and XY.)
