It's main issue is that it has some opportunity costs attached to it. You can't run Celesteela so you have to stick to another mon to blanket check physics, but people see it more at C+/B- right now.
>>38339296Nah, Adamant CB Staraptor applies too much pressure on Skarmory, Brave Birb does about 30-35% on a fully invested Skarmory. Staraptors main weakness was always revenge killing. The reason why it's balanced (bad) in OU is because defense relies a lot on chipping damage. Some mons are dropping Life Orb because the chipping damage you get from using it is too much, imagine using a mon that relies on recoil moves.
