Glaceon gets laughable coverage so a stronger Hyper Voice isn't particularly great but is still useful to nail water/ice/fire types.
Espeon gains an immunity to one of its weaknesses and gets stab Hyper Voice. Not great but still an improvement.
Jolteon gets stab hyper voice but this is barely an improvement. Still arguably better than carrying Shadow Ball around.
Vaporeon is arguably a downgrade. Stab Hyper Voice doesn't do much for it but it's an option on the rare offensive set.
Sylveon gets a slight downgrade.
Umbreon is pretty much a straight downgrade, but stallfags deserve it.
