I see many Poketubers sell Pokemon T-shirt and Pokemon plush. I'm pretty sure they don't have any license from Pokemon Company. Is it legal to sell Pokemon merchandise without license from Pokemon Company? Because I see a lot of Poketubers sell them and never get sue from Pokemon Company. If it legal then I must make my own Pokemon T-shirt and plushy then sell all of them. I'm pretty sure my T-shirt and plushy will look better than some Poketubers.
