After starting the game and doing the tutorial, you have access to all four characters in the pic.
So yes you can have bird lady and she's an expert in damage over time and stunning foes.

Magnemite is quite noticeable, I would recommend Rotom. And Seviper is rather big. I would recommend a Ditto, since it can transform into anything. If not Rotom, Joltik is also good, since it's really small and can feed on electricity, making it easier to disable computers.

There's never been enough poison-themed trainers. Is there "pest control" in the pokemon world? There's gotta be.

Pokemon Exterminators probably don't kill, but poison types could repel pesky pokemon or weaken them for capture and relocation. Signature pokemon would be the venonat, koffing, grimer, oddish and stunky lines.

porygon - digital i kept it unevolved to reflect her social skills being pretty bad
claydol - the desert/pyramid dungeons
umbreon - evolves at night with high friendship (also the circles kinda resemble lines on her Personas, they can even glow)
dunno if there is a sixth Pokemon to match, maybe a legendary
