It’s like a common complaint of the games that Pokémon centers all look the same even if that means they stick out like a sore thumb in the aesthetic of the towns they’re in though.

They're in Malie City, which is a Japanese-themed city. It makes sense for the Pokemon Center to be Japanese-themed too.
