None of the pokemon which are the subject of these threads are ever the most forgettable ones. Especially not ones found in a novel location which evolve into something unexpected, but the true most forgettable mon will not have a thread made about it.

The most forgettable pokemon is Dewgong. It and Seel only appear in one or two areas per game, if they even appear at all. By the time they're available they're also generally completely outclassed by your other water options, being effectively a bad Lapras. Literally the only reason anyone would remember it is the fact that Lorelei has one. The fact that it's forgettable despite being in the original 151 is a testament to its obscurity. If it never appeared in a game again, nobody would notice.

it had potential, but the fact its evos are pure water just makes them very forgettable, despite being cool designs

huntail and gorebyss could have been part electric, dark or psychic, also the fact they are like the only deep-sea pokemon could have granted them interesting abilities if they had been implemented in newer generations when abilities got more creative.

A forgettable pokemon is probably one of those early stages of pokemons people barely uses or remembers(either because it's really good, or really bad). Looking through the list of least favorites, I would say something like Skorupi, or Sliggoo.

I used it in pokemon net battle.

There was a mode that would lower or rise the level of pokemon depending on how shitty/good they were
Clamperl was like level 90+ and other pokemon like latias were lvl 50 or so, with Deepsea tooth, it's sp. atk doubled so I could OHKO them easy as fuck, people said i was cheating before they realized they were playing by my rules.

But this is subjective and probably not a lot of people did this, it is forgetable.
