1st was innovative and cool, the second was a solid-ish sequel and the 3d was meh. I was to old for the Vita ones but for what I got to try they almost didn't have anything in common with the psp trilogy.

before I played pokemon I had this, fun game and different to pokemon in the details (pokemon doesn't require a unique minigame to catch each species, if thats a good or bad thing depends on who you are). Though its wierd that they all evolve into bara.

As someone who's familiar with 'mon games, I've been looking for one my brother played as a kid where the creatures were partially represented by cards, and where two of the evolutionary lines were a pinaple man which evolved into a multitude of other pinaple men, with one divergent evolution turning it into a mushroom man, and a hedgehog that evolved into recolors of itself based on different animals before turning into a turrent-like cyclops cow with 1 foot and lazer eyes. I believe you could summon the creatures in the overword, since I remember the cow one being used to solve a puzzle by having it stay on a pressure plate.
Any idea what I'm talking about?

TBF Glavenus and Anjanath just look like dinosaurs with a couple other elements slapped on. They really dropped the ball with brute monsters' creativity after Tri Ultimate.

Anjanath, sure, Glavenus, yes but to a lesser extent. I feel the same could be said of most brute wyverns, but none are as offensive as Anjanath. While each other brute wyven is just a t rex with added junk(Barroth gets a more square head and mud armor, Brachy gets mortar shells for hands and one as a horn, etc.), Anjanath is just a t rex with fuzz and a chicken crest. He's just Tyrantrum's older, edgier brother.

You have no idea what the fuck you're talking about. Just because the proportions are more realistic while still having anime-esque features doesn't mean it looks like digimon. Plenty of other shit matches that vague criteria.

I played the first one, It was annoying that you had to move the camera to grab bubbles or summon shit. Also the fact that losing online balttes would make your opponent chose between sacrifice your Invizimal or steal it from you (you could spare it, but almost nobody did this).

Also the game was made in Spain. Some of the designs where really cool while others are hit or miss. Also there are shiny's too.
