I would like to see some new system that allows you to improve the IVs of any pokémon, some genetic engineering system in which you collect "genes" (a new item), adding a new building called "the genetic engineering laboratoy" where you can introduce a useless pokémon in some kind of machine and get these genes, then you can improve your pokémon in another machine using your collected genes in order to improve its IVs.
