Colosseum emulates near perfectly, but Gale of Darkness has some performance issues in certain areas. You're gonna need a computer, though.

You would need a nuclear phone to emulate gamecube.
They run fairly fine in dolphin 5.0, XD has some floor glitches but it works fine.

Well then why haven't you downloaded them to see by yourself? some gamecube games don't work in dolphin for android though.
My phone can't run the emulator otherwise I would tell you.
Also on pc you can trade your pokemon from colo and XD to FRLGRSE to complete your dex.

Yeah colosseum is better than XD imo, just that XD has more shadow pokemon but it seems way easier then colo so far.
Also XD has wild pokemon that are super rare in RSE.
Wes is a better character than Michael imo too and Jovi can go to hell.

XD’s main issue is that cinadark island is a literal third of the game, and has the same ratio of the shadow pokemon. Its one hell of a final dungeon, but the rest of the main game had to be longer.

Got my SOS team. 2 Exeguttors, one for infinite PP leppa shenanigans, one for using skill swap and bestow to make the first pokemon in the chain have infinite PP. Mewtwo for Pressure+Leppa Recycle. Decidueye for false swipe and then Smeargle and Trevenant are just there just in case I fuck up Harvest/Recycle somehow. Mewtwo tends to lose his berry and never get it back.

Just reached Canalave in Platinum. Planning to go inside the library tomorrow.

Torterra has slowly turned into a HM slave and I brought Empoleon for surfing. I have other mons ready to join the team, but I want to use only Sinnoh mons or those whose final evos are from Gen IV. I was thinking of Magmortar maybe, but more importantly I want to swap out Empoleon and Staraptor, and the newcomers need to be able to use Fly and Surf/Waterfall. So far only Skorupi, Gabite, and Luxray are members which I would rather keep, any suggestions for the three remaining spots?

Gliscor and gastrodon are nice bulky mons that can use the hms you need. The third slot would be preferential, but another attacker wouldn't hurt- Lucario or Porygon-z maybe?

Playing rock monotype on emerald (zigzagoon is surf slave), currently just have obtained surf and swimming towards mauville.
Let me tell you something. I picked torchic as my starter to make the game harder (since may would have mudkip) for fun. That was a mistake. Prior to getting rock smash in Mauville which gives access to nosepass in granite cave, the only avalaible rock types are geodude (4x weak to water) and aron (4x weak to ground) so the May fight under the cycling bridge ended up being a fucking nightmare with her Marstomp. I only won because in 1 attempt for some reason marshtomp decided to bide instead of attacking which gives me an opportunity to kill. I'm never doing this again.
