>>38404209Oh wait what? Beast boost only affects its most proficient stat (attack in this case) and there's quite a few Pokemon that can outspeed it. It doesn't even have Agility, unless something else is feeding its stats with a move like U-turn, or Volt Switch, it won't be outspeeding some of the Pokemon out there. The main issue would be to make sure to focus on attacking it with Special Attacks since its SpD is so low.
