What drives a man to neutrality?

Overall, really boring looking. Nothing super inspired in design, and the colors are really drab and samey across the board. If you switched the names around, it'd be almost impossible to accurately guess what creatures are what type, which even nu-gen pokemon does pretty compellingly.
