Fur Coat doesn't fit Samurott. I would go with something like Unburden or Justified instead

Samurott's design doesn't really emphasize that aspect, but real life sea otters are famous for their extremely thick fur. It would probably fit better for a Mega that poofs up its fur, though.

Plus when taking Fur Coat into account, Samurott's Defense would become its highest stat, just like its the highest stat for every other Pokemon that gets Shell Smash.

This one is pretty easy as well
Fire/Dragon
Levitate as Hidden Ability
Levitate now also gives a Fighting-Type resistance
Special Attack is boosted and Speed is now what Special Attack used to be
Attack is lowered
Now learns Tail Glow, Draco Meteor, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Energy Ball and Hurricane

Drain Punch and +3 speed is reasonable enough while also being fairly significant

Give it drill peck
Either give it another 10 points in speed or 10 points to HP
Give it a move that raises the speed stats without it being temporary like tailwind.

Well if we're going all the way I'll do one I like

HP is Boosted by 30, both defenses by 10
Synthesis now has 10/16 PP
Now learns Powder, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Stockpile/Swallow/Spit Up, maybe some other stuff

And just because I'm a greedy bastard, introduce a new move that grass type and deals SE Damage to Steel Types, and then let it learn it.

Because Crobat is a Vampire Bat and Galvantula and Volcarona both feed by draining other sources for power (Electricity and Fire).

All the pokemon who learn Giga Drain all learn it because they're capable of sapping the energy of something else to feed. Vampire Bats drink Blood, Insects drink body fluids, Plants drain the energy of other things to be able to eat them/feed on them (think of it like a Pitcher Plant).

There is no reason at all Charizard should learn it. It doesn't fit thematically and it already has Solar Beam. It's not a Grass type, and Solar Beam is given to it due to it's connection to the sun, not to nature.

Tail Glow also applies here since it's given to biolumiscent insects and an alien christmas tree. If a flaming tail is justification to learn tail glow then that opens up a rabbit hole I really don't want to go down.

Completely wrong on bro B. A hint is that it only has one Ability period and that that Ability is good enough to warrant keeping as a Mega (or at least in conjunction with the scrapped type combo).

That's correct. A Steel/Dragon Hydreigon with a 92/105/140/125/140/98 spread and Levitate would be a headache even in Ubers.

Appropriately that'd be only weak to fighting, which are characterized as heroes/good guy types in pokemon. It'd also totally obliterate a good amount of things with STAB Flash Cannon. I think Dark is more fitting for the normal one but I'd love to see it get a mega. We needed more Megas for gen 5.

That's true, but Charizard needs a better way of combating Rock and Ground-Types than Solar Beam. Energy Ball fits adequately enough in my opinion and every Fire-Type that can learn Solar Beam should also be able to learn Energy Ball

Any Pokemon who's tail can produce light (whether it be from fire, bioluminescence, electricity, ect) should be able to learn Tail Glow (maybe not EVERY Pokemon, Tail Glow is a pretty OP move)

Learns Head Smash and Submission through level up. It has the Abilities to use them safely or for high risk, high reward with crazy damage.

Submission would now have 120 BP with 95% accuracy.
