A gen 1 Luxray would have all its blues replaced with yellow and white scleras. Probably work in a thunderbolt motif somewhere on it too, like an electric mane or something, since it reads too much as some kind of normal or water type. Early gen pokemon don't really stray from their colour coding unless they were overtly a creature representative of their type. If anything editing out the yellow bands would make it less of a gen 1 version than it already is.
Really the only problem is the red scleras. Make them white and luxray wouldn't look that out of place aside from its blues.
