Anyone else thought that Gamefreak was going for a "what if:" alternate universe senario for USUM such as:
1. What if the player were natives instead of foreigners?
2. What if Hau's father was around?
3. What if trials captains were gym leaders?
4. What if Team Skull was a serious organization this time?
etc... But only to find out that it's just the same format as Platinum: same villains follow same plot only to get interrupted by the main legendary, player goes into otherworldly dungeon to fight it, beat/capture it and move on to league.
