Speaking of injecting why do most the poketubers and their fans seem so against injecting? Especially when it's obvious a lot of them inject or have fans that inject for them? I mean you should try and breed a perfect shiney 31 IV and EV train as well just to understand the effort put into it and how easy it's gotten over time. Injecting just makes so much more sense especially if you want a quick meme team.

Well, the painfully obvious answer is that it's cheating. The game wants you to put in the time, and by circumventing that you're basically just saying you're entitled to break the rules. And a lot of regular people don't like that.

But it's obvious when some of these people that act so high and mightyena also inject. But with a hacked 3DS and everything else it's the smarter choice especially if you're busy. I'm autistic enough to enjoy grinding ribbons on a shitmon, but even I knew how ridiculous it can get especially on those moments you're tired and you forget to breed in an egg move on that 31 IV shiney you just got.

I like having my own little character and prefer playing pokemon on handheld. Showdown is only fun for hoping on drunk to watch showderp. 3DS is kind of a paywall so you don't get as much 3rd worlders either like you do on showdown. Grinding for ribbons is fun since it's something new but ev/iv/egg move boogaloo gets kinda stale. It met it's peak amount of fun on X/Y before pokebank.

Does it even really matter though? It's not as though it's breaking rules in the actual battle since nobody puts illegal moves on their pokes. You could make the argument that the injecting means one person has more time to get used to the team they've built, but anyone who has enough time to breed for the pokes almost certainly had more time to begin with.

Have never hacked a poke into the game btw. I absolutely would if I could but I'm pretty sure you need some specific machine or something (?) and I don't have it.
