Wish they'd made Colress' design build on his B2W2 instead of remaking it entirely, the new design is kinda tacky the suit looks like it's made of blu-tack and the whole area around the wrists and hands looks awful.

Depends on if I'm designing a team for a game myself, or if I actually ran a team.

If I was for some reason a baddy bad team it'd be specifically to undermine an actual evil team. That or seek to destroy super powerful tech that could endanger the world to keep the natural order, along with other things to keep that balance. So, a treehugger who took it way too fucking far. I just don't have the heart to be too evil. We'd be called Team Gaia.

Would use a nature themed team I suppose. Admins would be friends I knew who I could trust, and our grunts would probably be hippies who just thought we were less evil than Peta. Main types would be Grass, Ground and Fairy. My personal partners would be my Clefable and Venusaur I've had since childhood. Would also add on appropriately themed mons, like Hippowdon and Aggron.

Admins would have the following as their aces: Torterra, Nidoking/queen, and Florges.

We'd probably shit-stomp the hell out of the Pokemon equivilant of Peta as one of our first acts. Dumbasses endanger animals more than they save them.

I could see myself being at "war" with a rival team that was technologically themed. Our acts would focus on trying to undermine or destroy them and restore the natural world from their efforts. Being an evil team though we'd obviously go too far or something. We'd need to be told "Humanity has value as partners for Pokemon!"

Could either go full "fuck this world and fuck humans" or "you know what humanity isn't that bad let's stop being eco-terrorists and just try to focus on helping pokemon", depending on if I'm supposed to be irredeemably evil or just misguided.

I'm horrible with names so I'll base it off my ace: The Hydra Clan.

OK so my main goal would probably be just to get fucking RICH through any means necessary and generally just cause trouble. None of that shitty world-ending garbage just some really tough thugs.

My Team would probably be met very early on raiding the town you start your journey in, specifically the Pokemon School and the Professor's lab. Maybe after some story events that lead the player through a couple routes. The player and their rival fends off a couple Grunts and two particularly important Grunts (They're fought in a double battle) and the player's mother runs the rest of 'em off.

They show up periodically causing all kinds of trouble from serious (Causing a full-blown raid of an important bank) to kinda silly (Holding up a fucking Poke Mart).

The final and biggest thing the Hydra Clan does is performing an all-out raid against a really tall skyscraper that houses a TON of cash. The player and their allies battle Grunt after Grunt and all the Admins to get to me. Before that happens though, I open the door housing the cash using a Z-Powered Draco Meteor from my Hydreigon, causing a massive explosion and making it rain, literally. Money is falling like. fucking snow. I'm battled for the final time in the ruins of that room amidst the rain of money.

My Grunts use literally whatever Pokemon they want, though they often pack a complimentary Dark or Dragon type too. They're always around scouting out their next big shot at some dough.
One admin is originally a couple of Grunts who graduated to Admin status. They both have an Oricorio and abuse its Dancer ability.
Another Admin is a relatively chill Ice/Water specialist. He's never angry. Well... until his later battles that is. His ace is Alolan Sandslash.
Yet another Admin is a thuggish wildcard who never takes sides, sometimes helping you and sometimes battling you. His ace is Bisharp.

The final Admin is a big, tough, all-business type who tends to be in charge, often leading most of the big stunts. He uses cute Pokemon, oddly enough, and his ace is Lilligant.

I am the Clan Leader (obviously) and a damn good battler at that. I'm battled really often for an evil team Leader, starting with my team being around the late 20s to the 30s then the early 50s then the early 60s THEN the 70s and my final battle has my ace at around Lv. 93.

I always keep the Hydreigon no matter what but I at least have the fucking decency not to include it until my Lv. 50 and above battles.

Clefable kinda sets a contrast with the rest of the rough n' tough dudes in the team. Plus each team member except for Scizor and Hydreigon correspond to each Admin.
In general I just like Clefable.
Maybe for shits 'n giggles the Clefable could be the most violent member of the team, often letting itself outta its Pokeball and attempting to Moonblast the shit outta some niggas.
And for further shits 'n giggles Hydreigon is the most mellow of the team when not in battle, but still has this alpha presence that makes everyone scared of him. He tends to calm Clefable down.

Our hideout would be a remote facility in the jungle, imagine Jonestown. Our color scheme would be red, black, and white. Red to symbolize the destruction we seek the cause. Black the the immediate aftermath, the quiet nothingness of the world. And white, that higher plane of existence.

As for names, not sure.

As for our Pokémon teams, they’d mostly be psychic, dark, ghost and fairy, as again we aren’t fans of the physical world, we seek to ‘transcend’ it.

My own team as leader would look like this: (this is my team at its strongest, I.E. final battle)

My admins would probably have similar teams. Sigilyph especially I believe would have a place on their teams.

Our goal is simple: Get rich, and don't get caught. Mostly a hacker Robin Hood type group that steals from rich people. Unlike SOME TEAMS, we aren't parading around everywhere declaring our plans. At best, we have cool hoodies and shades to signify our group.

Because a lot of what we do has to do with hacking, most team members will have Pokemon along the lines of electric and steel types, maybe a psychic type or Porygon thrown in. In the rare event a brat does catch us, there's four admins they have to get through (three ladies, one broham).

In the event you find me (I'll be honest, I'm going to be a jokey dork with anime shades and a trench coat hoodie), I'm gonna make sure I can distract you long enough for the others to secure a safe escape route for my grunts and THEN myself. We're not out to make people suffer, after all. We kind of just take money from people who really have too much to notice, and try to help ourselves with it (debt, medical shit, it's for a good cause basically). I'm very much a ride-or-die boss, so it's basically my duty to make sure the others escape.

-(New) Mega Porygon Z. Sort of gains these low-poly artillery wings that blast out its beam attacks. Huge spike in special attack and speed and an ability that raises its own stats in correspondence to any stat your Pokemon raises (if it does exist, I can't remember it).

-Garchomp
-My starter, a Samurott that I've forged a Battle Bond with that allows it to go the route of Ash Greninja. This new form is Water/Ice type and has a unique Z move called Tsunami Kodachi, usable only with Razor Shell. Guaranteed breaks Protect and does a lot of damage.

Beat me, and... Well, you beat me. I'm not going to disband Team Quiet just because you beat me in a battle. T'was fun, but all you've done is entertain me until everyone else could escape. With that, I use an Escape Rope and vow to continue my schemes somewhere else.
