The US FRLG Aurora ticket distribution ROM, the 10ANNIV distribution ROM (has Ho-Oh, Lugia, and some other legends) and the AURA Mew distribution ROM were actually leaked a few years back and if you have 2 GBAs, a GBA flashcart and a legitimate cart to distribute it to (also link cable/wireless adapters where applicable) you can do the event distribution yourself.
