Its not going to happen but i like the idea of a bug type pokemon based off of the peppered moth. If you dont know the story, basically these were used as a simple example for how natural selection can help along evolution. (Although obviously there are many other factors to it)
Maybe if you catch the larva form of this moth pokemon found in urban areas, theres a higher chance of it evolving to be dark colored, while the larva pokemon in rural areas would be likely to evolve white with speckles.
