Should I give up? Is this impossible? I know it's not, it's just incredibly unlikely. The way the battle frontier is designed is asinine. The fact that you have win like 50 battles in a row for a chance to fight the frontier brain is so incredibly unfair. I was just trying for the Gold symbol at the battle arena and I lost on the last battle of the second last set. I won 48 battles in a row, with the same team against 48 different teams, but because a fucking npc I beat 9 times during my grind had a quick claw, I lost.

It just feels like it's not worth the fucking grind, the time commitment. It all feels so random and arbitrary. But it also feels like the only challenge pokemon has. Lord knows I haven't touched gen 7 since it came out.

Should I bother trying to get the rest of the gold symbols? It's the same shit different facility for each.
