Too lazy to look up all of the various translations but an infamous one is calling Bind "Wrap." Look it up on Bulbapedia: anime move errors by dub. As for translation fuck-ups, go to Dogasu's Backpack and check out every episode/movie from 4Kids era.

Second, 4Kids absolutely replaced a shit ton of music, especially after Season 2. Both companies replace most of the OST.
