None of its abilities matter for ingame but Bulletproof might protect it from some late game moves like Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, etc.

That's correct. In my original Sun and Moon playthrough, I used a Tsareena with Leaf Guard instead of Queenly Majesty and did just fine
