Mystery Dungeon: Absolutely worth your time if you like dungeon crawlers. It will make you feel some emotional shit at the end. Play red/blue and then explorers of sky. Don't really bother with the 3ds ones, they aren't as good.

Colosseum/XD: If you like a slightly more mature story in a grittier setting for pokemon then these are for you. The plot is a little iffy on these but they are my favorite spinoff games

Idk about any others, just don't play pokemon dash

Play Explorers of Sky and Super Mystery Dungeon.
Gates to Infinity is ok too if you want even more after those two.
Absolutely avoid Red/Blue rescue team.
