I feel the "skirt" doesn't flow well into the legs because you see too much of its body shape under it. This is much less of a problem outside of design sheets though. In profile art like

Otherwise, I love the design. The crown and hair, the expression and eyelashes, the "corset", and especially the boots, the use of colour based off the fruit, the queen theming which itself is a reference to the fruit etc.
Also not really a design element, but the colours in general perfectly matching the Friend Ball make me happy.
