No, there’s no oxygen on the sun. Even if there was, it doesn’t need the oxygen, because it isn’t a chemical reactor, but a fusion reactor.
Yes, atmospheres other than earth can have oxygen. The sun has a fucking atmosphere, it has gasses that are held close to the body by the force of gravity alone. It isn’t a fucking vacuum. Even then, oxygen isn’t suddenly DESTROYED by a vacuum, it just spreads out.
