>>38464580Considering the fact that it was once considered one of the best types, it's less it was chosen to be the worst and more the meta game changing around it. Back in the day there wasnt a ton of fighting types to really deal with and really only Golem, Rhydon and Gengar could stop their attacks and it wasnt like there werent ways around them. Now a days there are so many high power fighting moves and more mechanics at play that it takes something really special to make a normal type stand out. It's kind of like exeggutor. One of the reasons it probably did so well was because half its weakness didnt really exist yet. Ghosts only had luck, bugs were a joke, dark wasnt invented yet, flying was pretty much only ever on Zapdos and poisons were scared off by Psychics
